• Any booking, payment, cancellation or refund for vendor services is agreed directly between you and the vendor, under the vendor's own policies.
• Please use enquiries only for genuine wedding or event requirements.

4. Vendor Obligations

Vendors who register with us agree to provide accurate business information, respond to enquiries professionally, honour the services and policies they publish, and comply with all applicable laws. We may suspend or remove any listing that breaches these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
• Post false, offensive or infringing content.
• Copy, scrape or misuse content or data from the website without permission.
